As King of America, I'm afraid I'm going to have to step in and override the way the bailout, that congress and the president have given us, is being spent. Instead of divvying it up in such a way 
that no one will know where it all went or how it was spent, we are going to dump 100% of it into energy. We will do this by installing either wind turbines or photovoltaics on every household in America. That will include installing them on large apartment buildings and Condominum buildings. We will be using the current bailout as well as taking back the ones that started the end of last year that have been so disrespectfully mismanaged. That will give us about a 2 trillion dollar working budget and with approximately 111,162,259 households in America today, and the necessary systems to be installed being an average of $20,ooo per household, that will break us just about even. The higher values of homes will bring in a small increase in taxes that will be used to pay off this rediculously large loan we are giving ourselves. Every one will have anywhere from 80% to 100+% of their energy bill provided for through renewable means which will help preserve our environment. This will raise the value of each dwelling by roughly $20,000 which we will mandate as past/future monthly payments on mortgages and or rent. This should eleviate much of the foreclosure 
problem and give families and individuals a year or two to get their situation remedied. This will also provide several million jobs installing and maintaining these services. With it now being such an intigral part of our society, it will also create jobs in research to improve the existing systems. The new, updated, systems will be marketed which will create jobs in advertising and marketing.
